This section contains a collection of the most common questions relating to the usage of plans and packages.
What is a connectivity plan?
A connectivity plan defines pricing, quotas, charging units, renewal cycles, and expiration rules for data, SMS, and voice usage.
What is the difference between Buy Plans and Sell Plans?
There are two plan categories:
- Buy Plans: Represent the cost you pay upstream
- Sell Plans: define what you charge sub-accounts or customers
Can a SIM have more than one plan?
Yes. A SIM can have multiple plans assigned with a defined priority order, allowing fallback behavior when a plan is exhausted.
What happens when a plan runs out of quota?
Depending on configuration, the SIM may stop usage, throttle connectivity, or automatically switch to the next available plan.
What is a package?
A Package is a bundle of plans and services that simplifies assignment and management across SIMs or accounts.
What doe Top-up mean?
A Top-Up adds additional quota (data, SMS, or balance) to a SIM for the current billing cycle only.
Can I top up multiple SIMs simultaneously?
Yes. Bulk top-ups are supported as long as the selected SIMs share the same billing configuration.
